TAKE IT TO THE EXTREMES was one of the first songs that I wrote and copyrighted back in 1979 and I finally recorded and released this one in 2005. This song was then remixed and re-released in 2018 on my BLOW YOUR MIND Album. I wrote this song about the importance of taking life to it's fullest extremes in all that you do. In short, if you’re going something, don’t do it half-ass. Instead, Take It To The Extremes!
